Drawing this couple was a joy, and the funny thing is, they actually remind me of my Nan and Granddad, always arm in arm and looking smart in their hats. Their old style affectionate charm lends itself to a "handmade wedding", with invitations, Save the Date, tiny confetti hats, ideas books, labels for place settings, cake boxes and scrap book albums with brown paper pages and corners to fix in mementos of the Big Day.
